How To Use

1. Position Harness

Lay the harness flat and pass the harness under the dog's belly, positioning the harness close to the back hind legs.

2. Adjust Straps

Ensure both straps are an even and suitable length each side, not too tight or too loose when lifting. Use the velcro closure to attach padded handles together.

3. Gently Lift

With a slight bend in your elbow, gentle lift your dog's back legs as you both walk along or get up, steady & with confidence!

Can my dog wear this harness for extended periods?

The harness has a soft fleece lining to ensure a comfortable, secure fit and reduced chafing so that your dog can wear the harness as long as the activity takes. The harness is intended to support mobility, so it should only be used when active – such as walking, potty breaks, climbing stairs or getting onto a bed or into a car. We don’t recommend leaving the harness on them outside of these activities to ensure the harness lasts longer and stays clean.

Can the harness handle my dog's full weight?

No, the harness is intended to assist with weight distribution and mobility so you can support your dog walking more confidently, not replace their need to walk altogether.

Does it work if I'm tall and my dog is short?

The adjustable straps make the sling customizable to the size of your dog as well as ensuring it's the right length for you to comfortably and safely support your dog's movement.

Can my dog go to the bathroom while wearing the sling?

The sling does not get in the way when your dog needs to "go" and can be moved out of the way easily if needed.
